The WiFi scan feature allows you to scan for nearby available WiFi connections and view information such as frequency, signal strength, channel number, signal health, and whether the connection is secure.

The app also offers network alerts, which can notify you of issues such as no service, roaming, low signal, or no data connections. You can even set specific times for these alerts. Another useful feature is the ability to view your current connected WiFi signal strength or SIM mobile data usage. You can also get details about your connected network, such as the network name, channel number, frequency, signal strength, access point, link speed, 5GHZ Band, IP address, MAC address, Gateway, Router MAC, DNS1, DNS2, and DHCP server. For SIM users, you can view information about your SIM name, network info for LTE or 5g, and signal strength.

In addition to monitoring your network, this app also allows you to track your data usage. You can monitor app data usage and view reports for daily, weekly, last 30 days, or custom time periods. This can help you stay on top of your data usage and avoid any unexpected charges.

In order to provide these features, the app requires certain permissions. These include the ability to read phone state in order to show SIM card info and check the network type of data connection. The location permission is needed to show connected WiFi info, signal strength, and scan available WiFi devices. The app also requires the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission to retrieve the application list from your device and show WiFi and mobile data usage for each app.
